Results
CVEinAI will deliver tangible outcomes that will enhance education and awareness of AI, including:
- Improved facilitation skills for over 100 students and PhD candidates
- Improved AI literacy and critical thinking skills for over 2400 students
- Institutional adoption of Virtual Exchange methodologies in curricula
- Creation of open-access resources to promote ethical and inclusive AI practices
- Increased intercultural collaboration and understanding between European and Sub-Saharan African Higher Education Institutions
List of public deliverables. Below are the public deliverables that will be developed during the CVEinAI project:
- Detailed Design Document (DDD): a guide for teachers on setting up CVEinAI modules, including profiles of involved staff and students and instructional design guidelines;
- Finalised CVEinAI Module Outline: a comprehensive outline detailing content, learning outcomes, and timelines for the CVEinAI modules;
- CVE Evaluation Reports: assessments on the impact of the CVE iterations, evaluating learning outcomes, skills, and attitudes of participants based on surveys and focus groups;
- Closing Event Report: a report summarising the closing event hosted by Makerere University (MAK) in January 2028;
- Transferability Guidelines: a document providing tools and recommendations for replicating the CVEinAI approach, including modules, the DDD, and evaluation tools.
